The Wellaplex No. 2 Bond Stabilizer by Wella Professionals is a colour stabilizer that helps to repair the structure of the hair after colour treatment or bleaching. It nourishes and strengthens the hair whilst repairing broken bonds and minimising damage. The treatment balances the pH level of the hair. Thanks to the OPTI pH system, the colour stabilizer promotes the penetration of the colour molecules for long-lasting and intense colour vibrancy.
