Description

The Brow Serum by CILAMOUR gently stimulates hair growth and strengthens the strands. Thanks to its 2-phase complex composed of red clover, mung bean and peptides, the serum prevents a hindering in growth and counteracts the signs of aging. The formula is enriched with botanical extracts and a host of high-quality, nourishing ingredients, such as biotin, zinc and magnesium.

Application:
