Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% by Wella Professionals is a developer lotion that is especially suitable for intensive colour-touch tinting. The particularly gentle and creamy emulsion gives hair tints more intense colours and brilliant shine. It is recommended for hair without grey strands if you only want to store the tint in the hair or for tone-in-tone colour changes or darker shades.
