Description
The Decologic Black Light by milk_shake is a black bleaching cream that delivers up to 7 levels of lift and cool blonde tones. Activated charcoal and pigments inhibit the melanin that is responsible for imparting warm undertones. Fruit sugar complexes repair and protect the hair during the dyeing process for a natural neutral or cool finish.
Note:
Please follow the instructions for use and mix with a suitable Oxidizing Emulsion.
