Description
The Decologic Total Roots Lightener by milk_shake is an ammonia-free bleaching cream that delivers between 5 and 6 levels of lift. This unique product is specially formulated for roots and lengths of the hair. It is ideal for a variety of bleaching techniques and the removal of dye - for perfectly even results.
Note:
Please follow the instructions for use and mix with a suitable Oxidizing Emulsion.
