Schwarzkopf Professional Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ is a bleach powder that allows up to 9 levels of lift. It is a product suitable for all techniques and can be in conjunction with the 2%, 6% and 9% developers of the "BlondMe" Premium product line.
