Wella Professionals Wellaplex N°3 Hair Stabilizer is formulated with the opti-pH system that reconstructs the hair bonds and ensures the bleach and colour molecules penetrate the hair optimally for the perfect finish. It pairs well with the Wella Professionals bleach and hair dyes. Adjustments to oxidation agents or the processing time are not required.
Application:
- Ideal for weekly at-home use.
- Apply to freshly washed hair.
- Distribute evenly from the roots to the ends of the hair.
- Leave it on for 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly and style as usual.
