Description
The Bleach & Tone additive by Schwarzkopf Professional's BlondME line allows you to achieve up to 8 levels of lift. Just add the additive to the Lightener 9+ bleaching powder for incredible results. Thanks to the Advanced Bonding System, the hair fibres are strengthened and damaged hair is reduced to a minimum.
